Zucchini Brownies

2 cups sugar 1 tsp Salt
3 eggs 1 tsp soda
1 cup vegetable oil 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup milk 1/4 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour 1/2 Cup Cocoa
2 cups grated Zucchini

Mix ingredients together and beat. Bake at 350 degrees in well-greased cookie sheet or a 9 x 13 pan. For brownie consistency bake 20 - 25 minutes for cake like texture bake 30- 40 minutes.

This recipe was in the Deseret News this morning and they said it was good.
