In need of PORK recipes

I went through my freezer today and I have quite a bit of pork. A few pork roasts, lots of boneless country style ribs, (there were some great sales on these this summer so I stocked up!!)some chops and one pork tenderloin. I've made a lot of pulled pork and oven pork chops lately. I need something NEW!!! So pass on your best pork recipes please!!!! I know you guys are out there so POST :)
